Welcome to CLOUD 9!
After spending significant amounts of time in the US Northeast, owning and maintaining more than a dozen properties, we decided that it was time to move South. We ended up on the beautiful East coast of central Florida, and are ready to offer several of our properties here to guests interested in short-term to medium-term stays.

- We have relationships with local vendors to handle any situation that could arise. Plus, at CLOUD 9 Properties we have in-house expertise in both interior and exterior property maintenance and repair.
- We live and operate in neighborhoods, surrounded by other properties on the short-term vacation rental market as well as private residences. We know the concerns expressed by both sides of this often fragile ecosystem. Because we are local, we can keep a close eye on rental stays and step in to mitigate problems before they escalate.
